You can also try Fuji Japanese Buffet in North Brunswick. It is on Rt 1 South in the Pathmark shopping center. We went a few months ago and it was pretty good when we were there, although posts about were not so good. Price is higher than a standard Chinese buffet but there are coupons around. They do have other food but little seafood as hot dishes. Makkoli is a lot closer though, also has coupons and overall is better.
