That's good advice. Puppys are tough. But be consistant no matter what you do. Also, with the jumping, grab their collar and hold them so they can't jump and say "NO JUMP!" consistently, over and over again. It' works eventually. The biting, ignore them. When they try to bite you, turn your back on them, they will get the picture that that isn't acceptable playing behavior and will stop. My rott did that when we first got him, he doesn't do it anymore. Hang in there, the puppy time is rough but it WILL get better. Just dont' give up.
