What kind of puppy is it? I have a big dog. My vet told me that when they bite, you grab there snout and curl the lips under and hold it firmly and tell them "No Bite". You have to be consistant and do it each and every time. For the jumping I always put my knee up and once they get that knee in there chest a couple of times they will stop doing that. And again you have to tell them NO very firmly.
When all else fails, there is always puppy training.
