Hey Sally and Erin Thank you for telling me what you know about Utensils. I got lost with all the information about Staten Island and Spotswood. They are both great places but I couldn't understand what they had to do with flatware. I've decided to handwash it since I've tried everything suggested. They are Reed and Barton and I don't want to return them. I'm still open to suggestions. Thanks
