1 hour lunch, where have you been, sitting home on the couch eating BONBONS all day? Also if they are on lunch were are they using a municipal vehicle which we pay insurance/gas/maintenance for to take care of their personal business?
Also if they did have to respond to a call Eatontown is not just around the corner, look at a map of New Jersey.
