Did you ever think that they had business to take care of such as a driver abstract or no fee plates that you cannot get at EB DMV ? Also, just so you know they had 2 people in town to answer calls if they came in ... before you start complaining about petty stuff you should get your information straight. Oh yeah and just so you know last time I checked billed insurance is what pays for the service.
