Just to inform all of you who pay taxes here in this wonderful town of Spotswood, while at the DMV today in Eatontown, a Spotswood ambulance arrived with 2 uniformed EMTS who seemed to be on duty. Equipped with their radios and all, they arrived around 12:30 - 1 p.m. and did not leave for about 45 minutes. Is this where our money is going???? What is this town coming to?? Imagine if one of our children, family members, or friends were hurt, how could they POSSIBLY make it back to Spotswood in time to do what we're PAYING them to do!!! I am absolutely APPALLED to even think that OUR tax dollars are going to Spotswood EMS so that they can take care of their PERSONAL business, instead of being there when we need them!!! Everyone please keep your eyes and ears open. As tax paying citizens we need to take a stand and let the Borough know we will not tolerate such nonsense!! We are paying them to save lives, not stand on line at the DMV for 45 minutes. I hope this has opened all of your eyes as to exactly where our tax dollars are going to..
