Usually the county, who is currently repaving the roads in town, sweeps them after they've been milled but prior to paving...it keeps the small, and at times, decent sized asphalt particles that are torn up by cars from becoming projectiles and cracking windshields. This usually happens until the road is paved. At times the Boro has been known to "help" them with this as well.
