SO with the trash cut to once a week a mild winter with very little snow removal the excess from the electric increase ( ask to see the numbers there is a $4oo,ooo surplusss in elec dated jan 1) and the extra in the increase is going to the general budget I guess our coucil president will tell us soon that he did better then his predesssor who gave us a 0% increase. we will see.....................
