This was discussed at length at many Council Meetings. The fuel costs of 2 weekly pickups have become prohibitive. It makes a lot of sense, actually. In the face of all the budgest constraints we are facing, I wholeheartedly support it. I always thought the 2X weekly was a bit of a waste.
