I’d like to say thanks for spending more of Milltown's money on a piece of privately owned property YOU DON'T EVEN OWN. By chasing this pipe dream, you now have drawn the Borough, via the zoning board, into Court...and, although it is you right to do so, you're publicly stating that if the ruling doesn’t go your way - on a privately owned piece of property YOU DONT EVEN OWN - then you will appeal, dragging the Borough back into court and costing the rest of the townspeople more money via increased legal expenses that have to be paid somehow...you may not have an issue with it, but don't you think we've been beat up enough the past few weeks between the electric billing issue and the school taxes? Every dollar spent this year, right or wrong, is a reflection on next year’s operating budget - Enough already...

It's funny - you all claim to be "historians", yet none of you bought the house when Doctor Sharma legally purchased it years ago; oh wait, I don’t think most of you even lived in Milltown back then.

Tell you what...let's make a deal - you go ahead and continue to block Doctor Sharma's constitutional right to own, and then sell, his property to whomever he so chooses, which gives the new owner the legal right to apply through proper legal channels to have the usage changed, and when it comes time for you to sell your home, the town can sue to prevent you from selling it to whomever you want on the basis that we just don’t want the new owners to live here. Doesn’t sound fair, does it?
