I know it is complicated but as best I can tell the only "malfeasance" that has occured was when the democrat controlled council from last year knew that the rates were going to double in April. They didn't do or say anything about it. They should have raised the rates to cover the cost of the increase instead of putting up those BIG no tax increase signs!
