It was not from the unanswered phone call to the town that I was told that they are correct. Who authorized the increase to include December? This is prior to the scheduled 2008 hike. Many of us had xmas lights on and are now being spanked for the decision to bring cheer for the holiday. My current bill in higher than the worst summer month. Legalized theft……..
