Unfortunately the bills we received are correct. We are not only being charged earlier than we were originally told, but we are also be billed the inflated rate for December too - that's before the new rate even took effect!

Last night Boss Hog, er, I mean our Council President threw the Billing Department under the bus and said if we have a problem with our bills, take it up with them.

Long story short - yes we have to pay this bill.
