Hi everyone, I am looking for some information regarding the public alleyways that exist between several homes in this town. There is an alleyway that exists between my home and the neighbor's home. I have heard from various sources that there is a way that this alleyway can be split in half and both my neighbor and myself would each get one half. Does anyone know how to go about this? Has anyone that reads this post experienced this process? Any and all answers are greatly appreciated.
