For starters, the flooding issue. Doesn't affect me but will get worse as more warehouses are being built - huge paved areas and lots of roof runoff.

What specifically is Costco (or whoever owns the warehouses) going to do?

As long as the flooding doesn't affect Monroe, nothing will be done. Been there, done that.

RE: 250,000 vs 100,000. Thats what ? 70 bucks per household.
