I lived in one of their rental properties for two years and they did everything to make us happy. Never did they ignore our requests for work to be done. I also was a respectful tenant who did my part in taking care of where I lived by cleaning my own mess and such. I know they have had to evict people that lived in a place for years without cleaning and their animals used the floors as litterboxes. So, for the good tenants I know they are great landlords and for the ones who are disrespectful, well, clean up after yourself and they'll come out and fix whatever needs to be fixed.
