Anybody looking to rent in Winnebago beware of landlords by the name of G&G Construction. They own and rent out many rental properties in the area. They do not keep up on repairs needing to be done even after several complaints. They have one rental property that has mold growing up the walls and posts in the basement that is full of water, a hot water heater that goes out continuously, light covers in kitchen and bathroom that at any givin moment can and will fall on your head, a back porch with the ceiling ready to cave in, gutters hanging off the side of the building with things growing in them, and they will have you sign a lease that states nothing about giving a 30 day notice to move out but the landlord says its just a piece of paper that means nothing and everyone should automatically know that they have to give 30 days notice, just so they can keep your deposit witch is what they have done to at least 4 tenants i know of that have lived in their places.
