Does anyone know what is going on with the $4000.00
4 sided bulletin board installed in the village park a year or so ago? Nothing has ever been put on it and it's kind of an eye sore. What a waste of tax payer money. Who is going to stop at the park to look at it anyway? The kids that play there either can't read or don't care.
