I talked to my good friend , John Busser, the district manager of Sullivans during their soft opening the day before they formally opened Nov. 17 and he said he had received an email that Nieman's that they now were not going to build a new store to replace the current Super Valu store. i would not make any sense for two 30,000 square foot grocery stores in Winnebago with Owen Center Walmart only 15 minutes away.
