The Scarecrow & Pumpkin Festival will be held on October 13th, at Memorial Park from 10-2. The cost is $5 per child or $15 per family. The entrance fee covers everything at the festival-crafts, games, face painting, scarecrow (kids bring clothes for their scarecrow-straw provided). The Police Department will be doing Kids ID's, and the Fire Department will have Fire Truck on display. This event is sponsored by Winnebago Chamber of Commerce.
