Has Winnebago and Pecatonica communities falling into a big forclosure issue? I heard Westlake Village and around the Pec Elementary school is. Can someone tell me this isn't true and if it is does anyone now how many homes are for sale or forclosing? Was planning on moving into the community. Any help would help us. Thanks
