I've said it before...Pec has been mismanaged so badly for so long, that I really don't see any way out. High taxes, for a substandard education, and the water rates?!, and then there's the condition of the sewers......sadly, I feel the future of Pec is on a non stop decline...just a matter of time....only hope I see, is if the Government comes in and bails Pec out...
