It's all for the "greed" of money. It won't be long, and yet another rate hike to our water bills will go in. Then yet one more before the end of the year. And don't you all know that if we would agree to this bullsh*t idea of annexing, they wouldn't have to raise these rates? Give me a freaking break! They, (past and present) board members are just about to take Pecatonica out of the housing market. You can move to Roscoe and the difference in taxes would be the $1300 a year that I pay for water!
