The City of Edmonton and University of Alberta are jointly organizing a 50-person Citizen Panel intended to hear more voices from the grass-roots on the City of Edmonton’s budget. If you have the interest and also, the time commitment, that is, if you can attend all of the 6 Saturday (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) sessions, please contact marco.adria@ualberta.ca. He will send you an information package.
The Citizen Panel sessions will all be on Saturdays: 21 April 2009, all 4 Saturdays in March, and the final session on 25 April 2009.

Lunches are provided for the six sessions; there will also be a cheque for $500 recognizing your commitment and participation.
